How deep do you drive posts
Our posts are set 5 feet deep, well below the frost line in Ontario.
This depth protects your fence from heaving, leaning, or shifting — even through harsh winters.
What posts do you use?
We use heavy-duty 2 3/8″ galvanized steel posts with a 4 mm wall thickness (Schedule 40) — the same type used in commercial fencing. These round steel posts are built to withstand Ottawa’s harsh winter weather and provide unmatched strength and durability for decades. Many other contractors use 1 7/8″ posts with wall thicknesses ranging from 1 mm to 3.2 mm (light wall)
What mesh do you use?
We offer vinyl-coated fences in black, 9ga mesh as it offers the best strength and quality for our customers.
