First Call – Listen, Design & Estimate.

We start by discussing your goals, property layout, and desired outcomes. I’ll ask questions to fully understand your needs.

Next, we jump on a Zoom call – no need to be on camera. I just need you to help outline the fence line visually. For measurements, we use an app and satellite imagery, accurate within 1–2 feet.

Once I understand your project, I provide three options: a durable fence, additional security options, and a PRO solution. You’ll receive a draft estimate within 24 hours of our call.

Site Visit – Measurements, Samples & Q&A.

On-site, I confirm measurements using Moasure, check property conditions, and mark the layout. I bring samples of our materials so you can see and feel your options, and we review the project plan together.

After the visit, I return to the office to prepare a detailed formal quote, which brings us to the next step ⭢

Formal Quote – Clear & Detailed Pricing.
You’ll receive a detailed quote by email with all material specifications – so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

✅I’ll also provide a list of 10 questions to compare our quote with competitors and avoid unprofessional contractors. Once you see the value we offer, you can confidently accept the quote.

Contract – Sign & Pay Retainer.
This formal step protects your investment and clarifies our responsibilities. Once the retainer is paid, we move forward with ordering locates.

Planning & Locates.
We coordinate with utility companies to mark underground services, ensuring a safe and precise installation. At the same time, we schedule your project for a smooth and efficient installation.

Installation.
Our professional team installs your fence with attention to detail, following the agreed plan. We handle every step – posts, chain link, gates – ensuring durability and alignment.

Final Walkthrough.
After installation, we walk the site with you to inspect every detail, make any minor adjustments, and confirm that everything meets your expectations.

Final Payment.
The remaining balance is due once you are satisfied with the installation. We make this step simple and secure.
