This is a closing role. Commence Fence is one of Ottawa’s fastest-growing premium fencing companies. We’re building a team of ambitious, coachable sales professionals who want to grow, compete, and earn at a high level. We’re not looking for someone who simply takes orders. Who We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of sales experience
Experience in home services, construction, renovations, roofing, windows, doors, landscaping, fencing, or a related industry strongly preferred
Former installers, project managers, estimators, or tradespeople who have transitioned into sales are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
Coachable and eager to continuously improve
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
